The program is a practical activity to concretize the direction of General Secretary To Lam during his working trip to the province on periodic health check-ups and health care for people in border communes. At the same time, it helps people in Tung Vai commune access quality medical services right at the grassroots level, proactively detect and treat chronic and infectious diseases.
