Stock market closed for 2 days on National Day September 2

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) will be closed for two days on the occasion of National Day, September 2, and will resume trading on Wednesday, September 3.

Accordingly, based on Official Dispatch No. 3193/UBCK-PTTT dated May 31, 2023 of the State Securities Commission and Official Dispatch No. 1046/SGDVN-GSTT dated December 25, 2024 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange on the announcement of the 2025 trading holiday schedule, the Hanoi Stock Exchange and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange have announced trading holidays on the occasion of National Day, September 2.

Specifically, the two Stock Exchanges will be closed for two working days, from Monday, September 1, 2025 to Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Hanoi Stock Exchange and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange will resume normal trading from Wednesday, September 3, 2024.

Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycles executed on August 28, 2025 and August 29, 2025 will be settled on September 3, 2025 and September 4, 2025, respectively.

Securities transactions with a T+1 settlement cycle executed on August 29, 2025 will be settled on September 3, 2025.
