In the electronic newspaper category, journalist Cao Thi Thuy Giang (VietnamPlus, Vietnam News Agency) with the series of works "Buddhism accompanies the community to create miracles of life" (4 episodes) won first prize.
The series of articles affirms that Buddhism is a religion that has long been associated with the Vietnamese people, and has become an inseparable part of the cultural and religious life of Vietnamese residents. With its system of doctrines, philosophy, and culture, Buddhism has contributed to society undeniable values, and in that society, the Buddha promoted human values and built human happiness and a prosperous society.
Promoting the tradition of patriotism and love for the nation, Vietnamese Buddhism always accompanies the nation, carrying out practical actions that benefit religion and life, affirming the inseparable relationship between the nation and religion. The event that the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha promotes propaganda activities to mobilize organ donation registration in the community, as reflected by author Cao Thuy Giang, is a clear proof.
The stories in the article have shown that the role of Buddhism in the culture and spiritual life of the Vietnamese people does not stop at the past but continues to write the story of the future. The deep connection between religion and daily life, between spirituality and knowledge, will create a good, diverse humane culture for the Vietnamese people, while contributing to the harmony and development of a prosperous nation.

"The award once again affirms the spirit of engagement, harmony, and development of Vietnamese Buddhism in the new era," the Most Venerable commented.
