Prepare the Ceremony to announce the Resolution and Decision of the Central and local governments on merging administrative units (ADUs) at provincial and communal levels to ensure solemnity, meaning and practicality.

On the morning of June 26, comrade Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the Project on the arrangement and merger of provincial-level administrative units, chaired the Conference on the preparation for the Announcement Ceremony of the Resolution and Decision of the Central and local governments on the merger of provincial and communal-level administrative units.

Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province; Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Bac Giang province; Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province; Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province; comrades members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh.

Representatives of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Giang province approved the plan to organize the Ceremony to announce the resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on the merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units, ending the activities of district-level administrative units and establishing Party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Provincial Fatherland Front Committees and 99 communes and wards. Expected time, venue, delegates, budget, organization form, and program management scenario of the Announcement Ceremony. According to the plan, the Announcement Ceremony will be held on the morning of June 30, 2025 at the main bridge point of Bac Giang Provincial Conference Center, connecting online to 99 commune and ward bridges and broadcasting live on the Radio and Television Stations of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces.

Concluding the Conference, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Gau affirmed that the Announcement Ceremony is a particularly important political event, of historical significance, a turning point, the beginning of a new development period. For the ceremony to be solemn and successful, the Organizing Committee is requested to uphold the spirit of exemplary, responsible, proactively assign specific tasks to each member; agencies, units, and localities actively coordinate and participate in the stages and steps of organizing the Announcement Ceremony to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. In particular, focusing on supplementing and perfecting the Announcement Ceremony program script; rehearsing the Announcement Ceremony program; promoting propaganda work; ensuring traffic safety, maintaining security and order, preventing and fighting fires and explosions, and clearing bombs and mines; doing a good job of logistics; fully preparing conditions and equipment to serve the Announcement Ceremony's interconnected, quality transmission line.
