Resolution appointing Chairman and Vice Chairman of People's Councils of provinces and cities

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Heads of Committees of the People's Councils of provinces and cities after the merger. All Resolutions take effect from July 1, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1718/NQ-UBTVQH15, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly resolved to appoint Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; to appoint Mr. Vu Quynh Khanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Ly Binh Minh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1719/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province for the 2021 - 2026 term; appoint the following: Mr. Do Duc Cong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Tran Thi Loc, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Dong Van Luu, member of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Mai Thi Thuy Nga, member of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1720/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province for the 2021-2026 term; to appoint Mr. Hau Minh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1721/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Tho province for the 2021 - 2026 term; to appoint the following: Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lam, member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Van Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Tho province for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1722/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; to appoint Mr. Bui Duc Quang, City Party Committee member; Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, City Party Committee member, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1723/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Tri province for the 2021-2026 term; appoint Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Nguyen Tran Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Le Vinh The, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Tri province for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1724/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City for the 2021 - 2026 term; appoint Mr. Tran Phuoc Son, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; Mr. Tran Xuan Vinh, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh, member of the City Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh, member of the City Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1725/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term; appoint the following: Mr. Nguyen The Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Nguyen Cao Phuc, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Nghe Minh Hong, member of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1726/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Le Quoc Chinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; to appoint the following: Mr. Bui Hoang Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Dang Thanh Son, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Le Xuan Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Hoang Van Kien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Mai Thanh Long, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1727/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Rah Lan Chung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term; appoint Mr. Truong Van Dat, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Huynh Thuy Van, member of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1728/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Yen province for the 2021 - 2026 term; appoint the following: Mr. Dang Thanh Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Le Xuan Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Huong, member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vu Ngoc Tri, member of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Yen province for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1730/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; to appoint Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Trang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1731/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; appoint Mr. Tran Phu Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Mr. Do Thai Phong, member of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 1732/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly appointed the following persons to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the People's Council of Lam Dong province for the 2021-2026 term: Mr. Y Quang BKrong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. K'Mák, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Tieu Hong Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuan Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Mai Thi Xuan Trung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Da Cat Vinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee.

In Resolution No. 1733/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to appoint Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Central Executive Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairwoman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province for the 2021-2026 term.

The National Assembly Standing Committee appointed Mr. Tran Van Mi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province for the 2021-2026 term.
