Z121 Vina Pyrotech is also known as Chemical Company 21, under the General Department of Defense Industry ( Ministry of Defense ), a veteran name in the field of fireworks production in Vietnam. With more than 50 years of experience and decades of accompanying major domestic events, for the first time the team stepped into the international fireworks arena with a modern and creative performance style.

Z121 Vina Pyrotech Team Leader Tran Son said: “In Vietnam, Z121 is the only enterprise under the Ministry of National Defense that is licensed to produce and trade fireworks. Therefore, the only advantage of the team is that it is allowed to use its own products to bring to this international fireworks festival and perform in front of the audience. That is what I find special about my team.”

However, according to Mr. Tran Son, with the DIFF playground, the story of fireworks is not only about the quality of the fireworks but also about expressing the message, conveying the story behind the brilliant colors of light. As a rookie, Z121 put in a lot of effort from the process of building ideas to the stage of choosing music and building the script, adding creativity...

From the theme “Creative Art”, Z121 built its own theme “Aspiration to rise” with 5 parts of content, each part has its own music and fireworks techniques, taking viewers from gentle, melodious, deep emotions to explosion. Through the performance, Z121 wishes to send to friends around the world, all Vietnamese people, a message of aspiration to rise, conveying to international friends the image of a peaceful, stable, striving and developing Vietnam.

“DIFF 2025 is held on the occasion of the country celebrating major holidays. Therefore, in our performance, the audience will be able to admire the sky full of red flags, yellow stars and lotus flowers, large lotus ponds, with brilliant purple colors. I believe that is one of the highlights of the Z121 team,” Mr. Son revealed.

Poland tells the story of "Dragon's Love" on the Han River

Representing Poland, the Surex Firma Rodzinna team is one of the leading names in the European fireworks industry. With over 30 years of experience and having competed in over 50 international competitions, the team has won many prestigious awards at famous fireworks festivals in China, Korea, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Croatia, etc.

At DIFF 2023, Surex was honored as the “Most Creative Fireworks Team”, once again affirming its class on the global stage. The special thing about Surex's performances lies not only in their skillful and daring fireworks techniques, but also in their ability to tell stories with light and music.

Returning to DIFF 2025, the Polish team brought the performance “Dragon Love”, with European colors and Eastern mythological inspiration. “We considered and selected the music and melodies that fully expressed the emotions in the dragon love story in this performance.

It is not just a normal love story but conveys a message about the connection between people, between cultures and the intersection of tradition and modernity, which will surely attract audiences of all ages.
