After the compensation, support and resettlement plan for the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway project was approved, the Go Dau District Land Fund Development Center (now the Tay Ninh Province Land Fund Development Center, Region 4) coordinated with relevant localities and units to organize payments to households from June 26, 2025 to present.

In late June and early July 2025, due to the impact of the work of organizing the apparatus of the Land Fund Development Center and merging the administrative boundaries of wards and communes, the payment work was interrupted. At this time, immediately after the Tay Ninh Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Region 4, was granted a new seal and Treasury account, the Center continued to make payments to households in accordance with regulations and progress.

Director of Tay Ninh Province Land Fund Development Center, Region 4 , Dang Tan Bao , said that as of July 21, the Center had coordinated to pay more than VND561.5 billion to 384 households affected by the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway project through Go Dau district (old); the payment rate reached 40.89%.

As of July 21, Tay Ninh Province Land Fund Development Center, Region 4, has paid more than 561.5 billion VND.

In the coming time, Tay Ninh Province Land Fund Development Center, Region 4, will continue to coordinate with localities and relevant units to pay compensation and support site clearance for the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway project. At the same time, continue to carry out propaganda and mobilize people to agree with the plan and soon receive compensation, support, and hand over the site, ensuring progress in handing over the site before August 15, 2025 according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.

It is known that the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway project, the section passing through Phuoc Thanh commune, Gia Loc ward and Go Dau ward, is about 12.6 km long, affecting more than 900 households, individuals and organizations./.
