Tay Ninh Police handed over 2 houses 'Comradely love'

On August 28, Tay Ninh Provincial Police held a handover ceremony of two “Comradely Love” houses to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh, a member of the Association of Former People’s Police Officers of Long Chu Commune and Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, a member of the Association of Former People’s Police Officers of Phuoc Vinh Commune. Colonel Phan Van Trieu – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department chaired the ceremony.

Attending the event were Lieutenant General Nguyen Minh Dung - former Deputy Director of the General Department of Force Building, Ministry of Public Security , former Director of the Provincial Police Department; Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Former Police Officers, Chairman of the Association of Former Police Officers of Tay Ninh province, along with leaders of professional units and local authorities.

Implementing the policy of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security on supporting former police officers in especially difficult circumstances, the Provincial Public Security launched a peak period of building houses with the spirit of "Heavy comradeship, warm team spirit".

During the implementation process, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police voluntarily contributed nearly 400 million VND and working days, coordinated with the Provincial Association of Former Police Officers and local authorities to review and complete documents, and create conditions for building houses for members.

Up to now, the Provincial Police have completed 3 "Comradely Love" houses meeting the 3-hard standard (hard floor, hard wall, hard roof), with a total cost of 100 million VND/house, of which the Ministry of Public Security supported 60 million VND, the Provincial Police matched 40 million VND. One house is under construction, ready for handover.

This is a practical activity to welcome the 1st Provincial Public Security Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the 14th National Party Congress; the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2; the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection./.
