After the presentation, Mr. Thomas Jayet participated in a dialogue with senior officials including Mr. Le Quoc, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Mr. Luu Dinh Phuc and guest speakers from several other units and countries in the region on how to promote the Audio-Visual industry in the digital age.

K+ representative had a private discussion with Mr. Pham Hoang Hai - Director of the Center for Radio, Television and Electronic Information Measurement about the solution to this problem. Mr. Hoang Hai stated that blocking access is not difficult, but requires the coordination of many units. He also added that the Ministry of Information and Communications will coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to handle the owners and operators of illegal websites.
