Kinhtedothi - Decision No. 680/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2025, granting the "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificate to Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat, who sacrificed his life while performing the task of arresting a subject with dangerous behavior to society and resisting law enforcement officers.
Previously, on March 3, 2025, while performing his duties in Ward 7 (Vung Tau City), Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat sacrificed his life while restraining a subject who was resisting and attacking, causing serious injury to his right chest. The unit quickly took Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat to Vung Tau Hospital for emergency treatment, but due to the serious injury, he did not survive.
Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat was posthumously awarded the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the President, the Ministry of Public Security posthumously promoted him to the rank of Sergeant, and the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union awarded him the Brave Youth Badge./.
