At the Ninh Phuoc Commune Public Administration Service Center, 7 officials and civil servants were assigned to handle administrative procedures for the people. At exactly 7:00 a.m. on June 20, the working atmosphere on the first day of the trial operation was urgent and serious; the Commune People's Committee arranged officials to receive and handle administrative procedures in areas such as: Civil status, land, construction, insurance, etc. Along with that, the commune also carefully prepared equipment and transmission infrastructure; thanks to that, the trial operation process took place smoothly, without causing work interruption, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses when coming to carry out procedures and paperwork. In order to handle administrative procedures smoothly, without causing work interruption when the district level's activities ended, previously, localities were trained in professional skills on basic issues when operating the 2-level government apparatus. Although the need for procedures on the first day was quite high, with the proactive spirit of the staff, all paperwork was resolved quickly, creating excitement for the people.
Not only in Ninh Phuoc commune, other localities such as Thuan Nam and Thuan Bac communes... the first day of trial operation went smoothly. In addition to ensuring human resources and operating software, localities have also done a good job of propaganda so that people can clearly understand the headquarters and functions of each specialized department so that the implementation of administrative procedures is smooth. According to comrade Truong Xuan Vy, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuan Nam district, in the past time, cadres and civil servants have been trained by the Department of Science and Technology of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces to use E-Office software associated with KPI, practice the information system to handle public services for all cadres and civil servants of the Party, government and public administration centers of 4 new communes in the area, so handling work does not cause confusion. On the first day of trial operation, each cadre was assigned work suitable to their capacity, strengths and equipment with a stable connection, so most administrative procedures were handled safely.
Through the first day of trial operation of the new communes, localities arranged facilities and working conditions to ensure, associated with the sense of responsibility of each cadre and civil servant in receiving and processing records in a streamlined and scientific manner, creating a good impression on the people. This is an important basis for the communes to officially put into operation the government apparatus according to the new model from July 1, 2025, ensuring a streamlined, cost-saving direction, serving the people attentively and effectively.
