This morning, the Military Command of Ha Tinh province mobilized hundreds of local soldiers and militia to coordinate with local forces and people to deploy machinery and vehicles to drive piles and transport tens of thousands of sandbags to reinforce the dike in time before storm No. 5 makes landfall.
