(Dan Tri) - After a training session at a treatment clinic in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, Muay Thai world champion Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat and many famous athletes noticed special things about their bodies.

On June 18, Evolve Clinic and Therapy (Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 1, HCMC) welcomed 5 special guests to experience the service.

They are Muay Thai world champion - boxer Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, Asian Pickleball runner-up Duong Cao, Miss Tourism and volleyball athlete Tuong Vy, World Cup gold medalist in gymnastics Le Thanh Tung and Vietnamese Pickleball bronze medalist "Truc Panda".

Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat - Muay Thai world champion - could not hide his excitement when his body was directly examined by health transformation expert Ben Duong - co-founder and Technical Director of Evolve Clinic.

“When I practice, I only focus on exercises that focus on my strengths, such as kicking my right leg. Today, when I checked, I discovered that my body is not balanced and leans to one side, which is my weakness. From there, Ben gave me exercises to help balance both sides.

Duong Cao, the runner-up of the Asian Pickleball Championship, said that he had suffered from a cramped left elbow and arm since before the Covid-19 pandemic. Every time he put his arm down while sleeping, it hurt. Over time, he felt like he had a disability because his right arm kept clenching.

At first, Duong Cao tried to improve by practicing pull-ups, but his condition did not change much. The male athlete also went to many places for treatment but the results were not as expected.

The sport I play involves a lot of wrist and thigh strength, so in the long run it will be misaligned. Today you guys treated me from the root and in a system, from the arm related to the shoulder, then down the back and to the hip joint.

The expert also explained clearly that if there is a blockage in one place, it will affect other places in the body. After today's treatment, I can stretch my arm straighter, and my arm can rotate in 4 directions. The injury has accumulated over many years, but after only ten minutes of treatment, I can achieve this result, which is very effective," said athlete Duong Cao.

With the World Cup gold medal in gymnastics Le Thanh Tung, what he appreciates about the Evolve clinic is that this facility has modern equipment, machines suitable for athletes, and also has a full-body infrared therapy bed.
