Authorities take iris scans to make ID cards for citizens

Implementing the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on merging provincial and communal administrative units and implementing a two-level local government organization model, Lam Dong Provincial Police has deployed 41 Stations to receive applications for ID cards and electronic identification for citizens throughout the province.

Accordingly, citizens who need to be issued an ID card or electronic identification should contact the nearest ID card application receiving station for instructions.
