VOV.VN - At 1:00 p.m. this afternoon, officers and soldiers from Military Region 2; Border Guard Intermediate School 24; Military Command and Border Guard Command of Lao Cai province said goodbye to the people of Lang Nu, Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district, ending 15 days of rain and mud, regardless of difficulties and hardships, searching for missing victims in the terrible flash flood that occurred on the morning of September 10.
The soldiers prepared their belongings to return to their units and hand over the work to local forces.
