VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just sent a congratulatory message to the new Prime Minister of Portugal, Luis Montenegro.

On the occasion of Mr. Luis Montenegro's appointment as Prime Minister of Portugal, on June 6, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message.

On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent a congratulatory message to Mr. Paulo Rangel on the occasion of his appointment as Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal.
