Commendation of collectives with achievements in Workers' Month

On the afternoon of June 10, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (FLD) held an expanded Executive Committee Conference, the 6th session, to review the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ) and Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of the year; and summarize the activities of "Workers' Month" in 2025.

Over the past 6 months, the provincial Trade Union at all levels has focused on effectively performing the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of workers. The whole province has 68,475 workers visited and given Tet gifts with a total amount of more than 53 billion VND; supported the construction of 11 "Trade Union Shelters", disbursed loans to 320 workers in difficulty, a total amount of 8 billion VND. The provincial Labor Federation successfully organized the program "Trade Union Tet Market - Happy Tet" and activities to disseminate laws, educate politics , culture, and sports, attracting a large number of union members to participate.

Workers' Month 2025 was widely implemented with the theme "Pioneering workers entering a new era". The whole province had more than 210 dialogues between workers and government and business leaders; 1,182 advanced workers were recognized; 2,787 new union members were admitted, 21 grassroots unions were established. Activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers continued to be promoted.

In addition, at the conference, delegates discussed contents related to the implementation of the Resolution of the 6th Conference of the 12th Central Committee on a number of issues to continue innovating and streamlining the political system's apparatus to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized: Trade Unions at all levels continue to innovate their organization, streamline their apparatus, and improve operational efficiency. Along with changes in the organizational apparatus, the Trade Union must still focus on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, building an increasingly strong team, and contributing to the fulfillment of the province's socio -economic development goals.

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 16 collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing Workers' Month activities.
