Attending the Conference were comrade Le Minh Quang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; members of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee, members of the Provincial Youth Union Committee; standing members of District Youth Unions, City Youth Unions and affiliated Youth Unions.
According to the report at the Conference, in the first 6 months of the year, the Youth Union and youth movement in Lam Dong province have been deployed synchronously and effectively, closely following the theme of the year's work.
Many activities have been implemented, especially focusing on remote communes, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas, receiving the attention and support of agencies, units, businesses, and sponsors in the province as well as outside the province. Since then, many positive results have been achieved, creating a profound and widespread effect in the community.

Social security work has been deployed and implemented well by the Youth Union at all levels. Activities accompanying young people have been invested in terms of content, solutions, expanding the scale of support channels, and enhancing the exploitation of social resources to meet the needs of young people and the requirements of society.
Propaganda and political and ideological education work continues to be promoted with many innovative, creative and diverse forms. Thereby, contributing to fostering revolutionary ideals and strengthening the belief of union members and young people in the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho.

In particular, the revolutionary action movements of the Youth Union have also been widely and prominently deployed, creating an environment for union members and young people to practice, contribute and mature. Notably, the Youth Volunteer Movement has been effectively deployed by the Youth Union and Association at all levels in the province, meeting the needs and aspirations of the people, union members and young people in the province.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have carried out 138 youth projects with a total value of 2 billion 312 million VND; organized volunteer activities to participate in new rural construction, built 16 rural lighting routes; deployed new construction and maintenance of 64 Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful routes; established 72 environmental protection teams, responding to climate change attracting 1,880 union members and youth to participate, and planted 10,120 new trees.
In addition, 1,502 Popular Education Teams were deployed with 11,700 members and youths participating; 7 blood donation sessions were organized, collecting 1,030 units of blood; 4,865 scholarships were awarded to students in difficult circumstances. The total benefit value of volunteer and social security activities was nearly 7 billion VND.

Promote the implementation of national target programs, respond to the emulation movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses launched by the Prime Minister . In the first 6 months of the year, the Youth Union at all levels mobilized the construction of 30 houses with a total value of 1,182 billion VND and 500 mobilized working days.
The Creative Youth Movement is regularly implemented, bringing practical results; many creative models and ideas are applied in life and work; many initiatives in production are put into use, bringing high economic benefits.
Thereby, affirming the role and capacity of union members and youths participating in the cause of local socio-economic development. In the first 6 months of the year, the whole province organized 12 creative idea competitions with 231 ideas; 56 digital capacity building activities; maintaining and deploying 1,502 new community digital technology groups.

The Youth Union and youth movement programs, and the school Youth Union programs are closely followed and effectively implemented by the Youth Union and Youth Union chapters at all levels. The major campaigns and movements of the Team continue to be maintained and implemented creatively and innovatively in terms of content and form. Successfully organized the 13th Lam Dong Province Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress - 2025 with the participation of 84 child delegates.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the province recruited 2,697 new members. The Youth Union chapters at all levels introduced 1,267 outstanding members to the Party for consideration. Of these, 238 members were admitted to the Party.

At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving comments on the draft report on the work of the Youth Union - Association and the youth movement in the first 6 months of the year, and implementing the directions and tasks for the last 6 months of the year. At the same time, they carried out the work of handing over records and documents related to the arrangement of administrative units and the conclusion of the activities of the Youth Union at the district and commune levels.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Ndu Ha Bien - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Youth Union emphasized that in the coming time, the Youth Union bases will continue to carry out tasks closely following the annual work program, as well as effectively implementing the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.
The Provincial Youth Union Secretary also expressed his hope that Youth Union and Association officials would maintain the spirit of solidarity, innovation and proactive adaptation to changes in the coming period.

On this occasion, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union also presented farewell gifts to those who had stopped participating in the Executive Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, term XI, 2022 - 2027; to express gratitude to the delegates who have made many contributions to the Youth Union work and youth movement in Lam Dong province.
At the Conference, the City Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union - Da Lat City Pioneers Council also presented Phan Nhu Thach scholarship and funding for the program "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" to Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union.
