Vietnam always admires the brilliant civilization of Arab countries.

On the afternoon of August 4, President Luong Cuong and his wife, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, visited the Grand Egyptian Museum, one of Egypt's most monumental cultural works of the 21st century.

Witnessing the rich collections of artifacts at the Grand Egyptian Museum, the President expressed his impression of the scale and diversity, which clearly reflect the cultural characteristics of one of the cradles of ancient civilization and are also a symbol of Egypt's efforts to modernize the tourism industry and preserve its heritage.

The President affirmed that Vietnam always admires the brilliant civilization of Arab countries.

The thousand-year-old treasure of epics, philosophy, and poetry of the Arab world has captivated generations of Vietnamese people.

Egypt's unique cultural identity and timeless spiritual values have always been an endless source of inspiration for wisdom, courage, love of freedom and justice, enriching human civilization.

On this occasion, the President presented a copy of the Ngoc Lu bronze drum, an important cultural symbol of Vietnam, to the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The Director of the Grand Museum respectfully thanked the President for the "extremely valuable gift" and affirmed that he would arrange a solemn location, appropriate to the meaning of the artifacts, for display at the Grand Museum./.
