During the 2 days (August 1 and 2), nearly 200 comrades who are officers of agencies and units under the provincial military will study, discuss and agree on a number of contents, such as: General theory on national territory and borders; functions, tasks and powers of the Border Guard; procedures for handling cases in border management and protection of the Border Guard; border gate management, entry and exit control and foreign affairs of the Border Guard; crime prevention and control of the Border Guard; border reconnaissance work; Party activities, political work in border management and protection; historical traditions of the Border Guard; logistics and technical work in border management and protection. Weapon training, shooting rules, gun disassembly and assembly practice; shooting movement training, introduction to shooting test conditions, shooting movement practice.

After the training, the Organizing Committee will check the team's command of each person without a gun; run 100m, pull up on the horizontal bar for the regular force.

In his opening speech, Colonel Bui Duc Lam, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, requested the Organizing Committee of the training course to direct the preparation of all aspects of the training content and program in the determined plan; organize inspection and evaluation of the results of the contents, as a basis for evaluating the results of the training tasks in the last 6 months of 2025 of agencies and units.

Maintain strict living and studying regimes, monitor competition and evaluate the results of each individual and training unit, ensure regularity and strictly comply with military discipline.

For teachers, prepare well lesson plans, lectures, and materials for class; carefully study the content of lesson plans and lectures, focusing on key content that is close to the local and unit situation.
