The hospital affirmed that the change in identity does not affect medical examination and treatment activities; procedures, service quality and patient rights are still guaranteed at the highest level.

Ms. TK (70 years old, Tam Binh ward), shared while waiting for her turn: “I heard that I could get free examination and medicine at the hospital, so I came early. The waiting area was a bit crowded, but the nurses and doctors were very attentive and enthusiastic in their support, so I felt very comfortable.”
Ms. Pham Ngoc Yen, a volunteer at the ceremony, shared: "After many times volunteering at the hospital, I see that there are many elderly people with poor health, even living alone. Therefore, regularly organizing social welfare activities like this is very valuable, both encouraging mentally and providing some material support to the patients."
“Along with professional development, the hospital always identifies social responsibility as part of its mission. Therefore, social security programs, care for poor patients, and support for families with preferential policies have been maintained by the hospital for many years,” added Dr. Tran Nguyen Ai Thanh, Deputy Director of Thu Duc General Hospital.
