The students who received the scholarships all come from difficult circumstances and are ethnic minority children in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and 6 districts in Ninh Thuan. According to the school's Board of Directors, despite many difficulties in life, they have made efforts to excel in their studies.

Also at the program, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper donated 50 million VND to the Ninh Thuan Province Association for Promotion of Education.
The total value of the scholarship award in Ninh Thuan this time is 250 million VND, taken from the Program "Scholarship to support ethnic minority students and poor students", with the support of businesses.
At the ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of the Lao Dong Newspaper, To Dinh Tuan, said that so far, the "Scholarship Program to support ethnic minority and poor students" has awarded more than 11.7 billion VND across the country. Of which, in Ninh Thuan province, the program has awarded a total of 490 million VND.
