Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of December 26, the Economic & Urban Newspaper and the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center signed a cooperation agreement on promoting communication on administrative procedure reform and online public services, period 2024 - 2025.
The goal of cooperation between Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper and Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center is to coordinate in widely disseminating to people and businesses information related to administrative procedures, online public services and technological utilities.
Promote communication about the City's shared technology platforms such as the Digital Capital Citizen Platform (iHanoi), the Administrative Procedure Information System, etc. to raise awareness and encourage use. Honor collectives and individuals who have made positive contributions to administrative reform and digital transformation. Ensure transparent, accurate, and timely information dissemination to meet the requirements of the City's administrative reform and digital transformation.
Economic & Urban Newspaper is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, objectivity and honesty of the information posted, promptly updating changes in the process of implementing online public services, and at the same time strictly adhering to the propaganda orientation according to the guidelines and policies of the Party and State.
Economic and Urban Newspaper actively coordinates closely with the Public Administration Service Center in developing communication plans, fully participating in related events and regularly updating new information. At the same time, it is responsible for receiving and promptly reflecting people's feedback to the authorities to take measures to adjust and improve service quality.
Economic & Urban Newspaper sent reporters to attend inspections and surveys of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center on administrative procedure control activities, handling of citizens' feedback and recommendations, and settlement of administrative procedures according to citizens' recommendations at agencies and units in the city to promptly coordinate in reporting news and communication information on administrative procedure reform in the city.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center Cu Ngoc Trang emphasized that this is an important milestone in strengthening cooperation between the two units, marking a new step in promoting coordination between policy communication and public administration to improve the quality of service to people and businesses.
The cooperation between Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper and the Center is not only a strategic commitment, but also a testament to the realization of major policies of the Politburo , Secretariat, Government, City Party Committee, People's Council, and City People's Committee, helping the City achieve the goals of administrative reform, digital transformation, and improving service quality effectively and comprehensively.
Regarding the upcoming cooperation focus, the Director of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center hopes that the two units will coordinate to develop highly practical columns, reports, and articles that truly reflect the City's efforts in administrative reform, especially the new generation "one-stop" model and high-level online public services.
