Since July 1, the headquarters of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee on Hoang Van Thu Street, Bac Giang Ward has been moved to the office block of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang City (old), Tan Tien Ward. Also from this time, nearly 40 cadres and employees of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (old) have been moved here to work after the merger of the two agencies of the two provinces.

Comrade Tran Tuan Nam, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee said: "The agency's leaders have met to discuss and plan the arrangement of offices and the assignment of staff in accordance with their qualifications and professional capacity. At the same time, priority is given to creating the best conditions in terms of facilities, workplaces, living and resting places for staff in Bac Ninh province (old) so that everyone can work with peace of mind."
The family of Ms. Nguyen Quynh Giao, Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Culture and Arts (Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department) has 4 people, the husband works for a company, 2 children are of school age. The distance from home (Que Vo ward) to the new agency is about 30 km. At first, she was a bit worried about the daily commute while the working environment and living conditions were new. However, all worries and concerns were dispelled by the care, help, encouragement and sharing of the agency's leaders and colleagues.
“When I moved here, I was supported by colleagues from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee (formerly) in carrying furniture, arranging cabinets, tables and chairs, arranging documents; connecting and contacting to help order lunch. After each meal, colleagues cared about me, asked if the dishes were suitable or not to adjust. At the same time, they introduced staff who needed to rent housing. Everyone was united, friendly, ready to exchange, support, and share professional experiences. We feel secure working here,” Ms. Giao confided.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has nearly 700 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. Of the 260 people in the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province (old), 35 have moved to the headquarters in Bac Giang ward to work. Due to the long distance, all cadres stay at the unit for lunch. Recently, the Department has repaired the dining room on the 10th floor for the staff to have lunch. According to Ms. Le Hong Hanh, a one-stop staff of the unit, after completing her work at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, she will walk to the inter-agency A building to have lunch with her colleagues. This way, she does not have to travel far and has time to rest so that she can start working in the afternoon. The affection and support of colleagues at the new workplace is the motivation for her and many cadres at the old unit to overcome difficulties.

According to statistics, about 1,200 officials and civil servants from Bac Ninh province (old) moved to work at the administrative center of Bac Ninh province. After more than 10 days, at the new administrative agencies of the province, this team quickly adapted to the new environment. To support them to soon stabilize their lives and work, agencies and officials of Bac Giang province (old) have been proactively implementing many practical solutions and providing timely support. The province has added a bus route from the starting point at Kinh Bac Cultural Center, Vu Ninh ward to the end point at the bus station in Bac Giang ward; assigned relevant departments and branches to review the accommodation needs of the team, thereby promptly advising the provincial leaders on a plan to stabilize the lives of officials in the long term.

At the same time, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training is coordinating with departments, branches and sectors of the province to compile a list of children of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Bac Ninh province (old) who need to transfer to study at kindergartens and general schools in Bac Giang ward from the 2025-2026 school year.
According to the assessment of the Department of Home Affairs, the staff, civil servants, public employees and workers in the province have promoted their sense of responsibility, proactively overcome difficulties and united to help each other. Thereby, contributing to the agencies and units to quickly get on with the task of serving the people, without interrupting work.
Regularly for more than a week now, at exactly 6 o'clock, Ms. Ngo Thi Hai Thanh, an officer of the Department of Home Affairs Office, and a few colleagues get on a shared car to go to the provincial inter-agency building in Bac Giang ward to work. The distance from Kinh Bac ward to here takes about 45 minutes, more difficult than before but not too worrying. At the new agency, Ms. Thanh continues to be trusted by her superiors to directly receive administrative procedures in the field of employment and labor at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center with 3 colleagues from the Department.

Ms. Thanh said that her house is far from the pick-up point of the shared bus, so every day she rides her motorbike to the parking lot and travels with everyone to Bac Giang ward. When returning, sometimes she asks for a ride from her colleagues, sometimes she walks to the bus station to catch a bus home. However, every day she arrives early to study, rearrange files and documents and immediately get to work. Currently, she is focusing on processing previously received files from businesses from the old Bac Ninh province. At the same time, she coordinates with colleagues to advise the agency's leaders on the unified process of receiving and processing administrative procedure files. "In the one-stop department, there are also 3 officers from the old Bac Giang Department of Home Affairs. Everyone is very enthusiastic in guiding and coordinating so that I can complete my tasks well," Ms. Thanh said.
Sharing that mindset, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees - Department of Home Affairs) gradually adapted to the assigned work at the new unit. Previously, she was the Chief of Office of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province (old), after being reorganized and transferred to a specialized department, the new working environment caused her to encounter many difficulties. According to Ms. Hue, the agency's leadership team is very attentive and creates favorable conditions; colleagues are friendly and open. The office is arranged alternately with cadres from old Bac Ninh and Bac Giang to facilitate communication and create cohesion. Currently, she and her colleagues are focusing on the task of recruiting teachers and civil servants in 2025. During the process of receiving documents, colleagues in Bac Giang (old) always enthusiastically supported, pointed out points to note, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of work.
