As a pioneering, international training program in the insurance market launched in 2019, the FWD Elite Signature program in cooperation with INSEAD has trained 100 FWD agency leaders with world- class professional standards. The program is expected to continue training 100 more FWD agency leaders from the markets of Cambodia, Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Macau (China), Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam in the next phase.
The highlight of the program is a five-day residential course at INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus in France. The training includes interactive modules on leadership and entrepreneurship, business planning, sales management processes and systems, and the explosion of artificial intelligence.
After completing the residency program, students will continue to receive mentorship for 6 months as well as access to an alumni network for specialized classes and events.

As a result of its continued investment in developing agency leadership, FWD Group has recently ranked 6th in the Top 10 Multinational Companies with the Highest Number of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Members in 2024.
