Ensuring electricity supply in the province

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Finance, Department of Construction, Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Management Board and related localities and units in the province based on their functions and tasks to implement a number of contents as required.

That is to focus on directing, actively resolving, proactively handling according to authority, removing difficulties, obstacles and supporting the electricity industry, investors on: Planning procedures, investment, construction, land, site clearance, land use conversion, forest use conversion... Or other related contents in the process of project implementation, power source works, power grids in Binh Thuan area that have been approved by competent authorities for planning, power development plans, agreements on power line routes and transformer station locations, speeding up progress to put projects and works into operation. Thereby contributing to ensuring electricity supply, national energy security as well as promoting local socio -economic development.

Continue to effectively implement electricity saving solutions according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on enhancing electricity saving in the period of 2023 - 2025 and the following years in Binh Thuan . In which, strengthen the implementation of optimal management solutions, replace lighting with energy-saving lamps, apply automatic control technology. At the same time, promote the implementation of solar energy solutions, effectively save electricity, especially in public lighting, lighting for advertising purposes, outdoor decoration. In addition, disseminate regulations on maximizing, effectively exploiting, encouraging the development of on-site power sources, self-production, self-consumption of wind power, solar power according to the Government's Decree...

For the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Boards (Transportation Works; Civil and Industrial Works), actively coordinate with the electricity sector to develop and implement plans for power outages to serve construction work to ensure safety and efficiency, avoiding affecting the work of ensuring power supply... Particularly, Binh Thuan Power Company and Binh Thuan Power Transmission focus on accelerating the construction progress of power projects and works invested by the unit. On the other hand, there are plans to upgrade, renovate, and periodically maintain the power system, ensuring safe and continuous power supply to serve domestic consumption and socio-economic development of the province.

In the process of implementing the above contents, if there are any difficulties or problems, promptly report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
