The unit also arranges for increased leadership, operations, and incident handling 24/7 with full means, materials, and equipment to promptly handle any incidents if any.
At the same time, the power grid management unit also works with local authorities to strengthen security, safety, and fire prevention measures for electrical works to ensure safety for people and equipment before and during the exam.

In addition, the company's affiliated power companies have proactively coordinated with schools and continuingeducation centers where official examination councils, exam printing and grading locations and exam marking areas are located to inspect power lines and transformer stations; coordinate maintenance and handle any abnormalities that could disrupt power supply and support the repair and operation of backup generators at examination locations, if available, at least two days before the examination time.
The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place from June 25 to June 27, 2025 (June 28, 2025 as a backup). In Dak Lak province, there are 33 official exam sites and 41 backup exam sites, with more than 22,600 candidates registered to take the exam.
