Handing over Great Unity houses under the Housing Support Project for poor households in Ninh Son and Ninh Phuoc districts

On February 5, comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Project to support housing for poor and near-poor households in the period 2023-2025 of the province attended the handover ceremony of Great Solidarity houses to poor households in Ninh Son and Ninh Phuoc districts.

Implementing the Housing Support Project for Poor and Near-Poor Households in the 2023-2025 period, Ninh Son District was approved to support 25 households in the first phase of 2023; Ninh Phuoc District 15 households. After nearly 2 months of construction, the construction of new houses in the localities ensured progress and handed over to families with solidly built houses to welcome the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024. On average, each new house has a construction area of 33 to over 70m2.

Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province presented the decision to donate Great Solidarity houses to poor households in Ninh Son district.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province highly appreciated the attention and leadership of the Party Committee and the government, the strong and decisive participation of the Fatherland Front system at all levels and the initiative of households in implementing the Project. It is even more exciting when poor households in the two localities in particular as well as 111 poor households in the province were handed over houses before the traditional Tet holiday of the nation, so that people can celebrate Tet in a warm and affectionate new house. He suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee, government and Fatherland Front of the localities continue to pay attention, inspect and urge to complete the remaining items; provide livelihood guidance so that the poor have the conditions to rise up. At the same time, he hopes that benefactors and philanthropists will continue to join hands to support resources to care for the poor, leaving no one behind...
