Handing over 9 houses to poor households in Song Kon and Song Vang communes

DNO - On August 12, at Ra Lang village (Song Kon commune), Da Nang City Police coordinated with Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) to inaugurate and hand over 9 houses to poor households in Song Kon and Song Vang communes.

Attending the inauguration ceremony were representatives of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, City Police, VietinBank and the communes of Song Kon and Song Vang.

According to the representative of the City Police, the City Police and VietinBank supported 9 houses with 100 million VND/house; the remaining funds were provided by the families.

This is part of the journey of donating 50 houses to people in difficult mountainous communes of the City Police, responding to the program "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" launched by the Prime Minister , with a total cost of 5 billion VND.

During the house building process, households received attention from local authorities, and the joint efforts of local police, militia, youth union members, etc.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025); 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025) and towards the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
