The Emulation and Reward Council of Hai Phong City has just decided to organize emulation clusters and blocks in Hai Phong City. Accordingly, 15 emulation clusters and 20 emulation blocks will be organized in Hai Phong City.
Specifically, 114 communes, wards, and special zones belong to 15 emulation clusters. 160 departments, branches, sectors, organizations, and units in the city belong to 20 emulation blocks.
Each competition cluster has from 6 to 9 units. Each competition block has from 5 to 11 units. See detailed information here
