In the joyful and excited atmosphere of the whole country towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2, many exciting activities have been taking place in the province, creating a joyful atmosphere, contributing to arousing and spreading the spirit of solidarity, national pride, and motivation to build the homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

A series of meaningful activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, associated with promoting the implementation of patriotic emulation movements, determined to successfully achieve the goals of socio-economic development, national defense and security, welcoming the success of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term as well as towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress, have been and are being implemented and organized by the province and localities to ensure significance and effectiveness.

Highlights include: The province participating in the exhibition of national achievements with the theme " Phu Tho - 80 years of steady development and integration"; organizing exchanges and talks with historical witnesses; activities to show gratitude, visit and give gifts to people with meritorious services, policy families, martyrs, wounded soldiers, etc.

In many localities in the province, cultural, artistic, sports activities, environmental sanitation campaigns... have been organized in accordance with the actual situation, attracting the participation of many people from all walks of life.

Typically, Tan Son commune organized a cultural and sports exchange program, commended advanced models in the period of 2020 - 2025 and set off low-altitude fireworks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Notably, in the province, 7 works and projects have been started, inaugurated and implemented to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025): Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park Project (Binh Nguyen and Xuan Lang communes); Yen Lac Regional Medical Center (Yen Lac commune); Provincial Cultural and Artistic House (Viet Tri ward); Canh Tang Reservoir (Yen Phu commune); Vinh Yen 500Kv Transformer Station (Vinh Yen ward); Unit 1 of Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant Expansion; Resettlement area of ​​the investment project to build the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway (section through Phu Tho province). Notably, the Provincial Cultural and Artistic House project with a total investment of more than 400 billion VND was inaugurated, creating a highlight in the architecture and culture of the land of the ancestors.

One of the highlights to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 this year is that the province organizes a mixed high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display at 3 locations: Van Lang Park pedestrian bridge, Viet Tri ward; Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh Phuc ward; Hoa Binh bridge, Hoa Binh ward to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere; encourage and motivate Party committees at all levels, authorities, the entire armed forces and people of all walks of life in the province; promote patriotic emulation movements, actively study and work in production, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of socio-economic development in 2025 and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The events in the series of activities are even more meaningful when placed in the context of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in the province striving to compete, aspiring to rise up, ready to enter the era of national rise.

Promote visual promotion

Besides organizing meaningful activities to celebrate the success of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the province has directed departments, branches and localities to step up propaganda and visual agitation.

These days, from the central urban wards to the communes, villages, and hamlets in the highlands and remote areas, everything is bright, wearing the red color of the Party flag, the national flag with the red flag and the yellow star. On the main roads, streets, alleys... billboards, posters, and slogans promoting patriotic emulation are hung and installed solemnly and neatly... contributing to beautifying the landscape while expressing patriotism and national pride.

To improve the effectiveness of propaganda work and arouse patriotism in each citizen, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department directed to strengthen propaganda activities on the press system, radio and television, grassroots news, social networks, visual agitation, organize political and ideological activities, competitions, exhibitions, historical film screenings, seminars, artistic creations on revolutionary themes, organize activities to honor people with meritorious services, visit families of martyrs and war invalids, etc.

In communes and wards, propaganda is focused on using many practical forms such as: Hanging banners, slogans, billboards, posters at administrative centers, main roads, residential areas; organizing cultural, artistic, sports activities, party cell and union activities with content closely linked to the anniversary theme.

The commune has directed specialized departments and units to develop and broadcast programs, special pages, columns, reports, and news articles on mass media. Mobilize and guide agencies, units, and households in the area to hang the Party flag and the national flag; commend typical advanced examples in the Patriotic Emulation Movement for the period 2020-2025; inaugurate and put up signs of works to celebrate the success of the Commune Party Congress and the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2...
