Party committees and authorities at all levels have proactively implemented the tasks of mass mobilization, ethnic and religious work, and the Law on Democracy Implementation at the Grassroots Level. The public service work of state agencies has been innovated; linking the implementation of public service work and grassroots democracy regulations with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring political security, social order and safety, and administrative reform.
