Bac Ninh approves planning for a commercial center with an area of ​​over 2,400m2

(CLO) The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just approved the Planning Project of the Tourism , Trade and General Service Center in Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city.

Accordingly, the land for investment in the construction of the Tourism, Trade and General Service Center in Vo Cuong Ward was granted a Land Use Rights Certificate by the Provincial People's Committee in 2019, with an area of about 2,403.4 square meters; the Northwest borders Le Thai To Street, the Northeast borders Hoang Hoa Tham Street, the South and Southwest borders the existing residential area traffic route. According to the planning, this is a complex, a block of main functions according to the investment policy including shops, offices and general trade services.

Planning, architectural and technical infrastructure indicators must ensure current standards and regulations; maximum construction density is 68%. The blocks and complexes of main functions are combined into a mixed-use building including a 1-storey and 3-storey base block and a 20-storey tower block; modern architectural form, in harmony with the surrounding architectural space and landscape, creating a highlight on Le Thai To street and the urban area.

Regarding the organization of architectural space, the project is arranged with flexible space for commercial and service areas, ensuring the scale of use of functional areas for business, general commercial services, offices, meeting the needs of services and utilities of the city. Along with that, the landscape and garden space is designed in a modern direction, increasing the area for planting trees, creating an ecological environment.

The technical infrastructure system is invested synchronously and modernly, connecting with the technical infrastructure of adjacent projects. In particular, the external traffic planning is outside the project boundary, in the project mainly to arrange internal roads, yards, gardens, outdoor parking lots, entrances and exits connecting with functional areas, convenient for external traffic.

The approval of the planning of the Tourism, Trade and General Service Center in Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City contributes to promoting the socio -economic development of the province, creating more modern commercial and service space, meeting the needs of the people.
