The Party Cell of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City has 3 Party cells with a total of 17 Party members. During the past term, under the leadership of the Party Cell, the work of propaganda and mobilization, gathering people from all walks of life, consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc was effectively carried out with many diverse and rich forms and practical content. At the same time, patriotic emulation movements and practical and effective campaigns were actively implemented. The work of promoting democracy, representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; social supervision and criticism, and participation in building a strong Party and government were seriously carried out.

Notably, in the program to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" for the poor in the city, the Party Cell has directed support to build 80 new houses (VND 20 million each) and repair 306 houses (VND 10 million each) for poor households. At the same time, social resources have been mobilized to support essential items and equipment to be given to households after moving into new houses, striving to complete before July 30, 2025. The relief fund has been used promptly and effectively to support cases of sudden difficulties due to natural disasters and fires.

With the theme: Building a clean and strong Party cell, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, contributing to building Hue City to develop rapidly and sustainably, the Congress set out the direction and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, discussed and contributed many practical opinions to the draft documents of higher levels.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint an Executive Committee of 5 comrades; appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, member of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the City Fatherland Front Committee as Secretary of the Party Cell; appoint Ms. Pham Thi Ai Nhi, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the City Fatherland Front Committee as Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term; appoint a Delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the City Party Agencies, term 2025-2030, consisting of 3 comrades.
