Amata VN and Marubeni Group cooperate to develop Amata City Ha Long

Amata VN Public Joint Stock Company and Marubeni Corporation established a strategic partnership to invest in developing Amata City Ha Long.

This morning (June 12), Amata VN Public Joint Stock Company (AVN) and MC Economic Estate Development Vietnam Corporation (MRBN), a subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation (Marubeni) officially announced a new strategic partnership in the real estate sector at Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company (ACHL).

Previously, on May 31, 2024, MC Economic Estate Development Vietnam Corporation (MRBN) successfully purchased 20% of the ownership shares of Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company.

Established in 2018, Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company focuses on developing industrial park projects along with industrial park facilities and infrastructure in Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province, Vietnam.

Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company has become a leading industrial real estate developer, attracting more than 18 projects with foreign direct investment (FDI), with a total investment of more than 2.6 billion USD. Many multinational corporations from Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan (China) have chosen Amata Ha Long as a reliable investment destination, expecting the development of the project in particular and the whole region in general, such as Autoliv, Foxconn, Jinko Solar, Tamagawa Seiki, Parts Seiko...

Marubeni, a renowned Japanese general trading and investment group with extensive experience in various industries, including industrial park business, will bring many professional contributions to this strategic partnership.

Marubeni's participation in the ACHL project is expected to promote sustainable industrial park development, enhance the global position of Amata Ha Long Industrial Park (Song Khoai Industrial Park ) through market access and expansion, and attract more international investors, especially focusing on Japanese enterprises.

This strategic partnership will boost the growth of Amata Ha Long Industrial Park and strengthen its position as one of the leading investment destinations in Vietnam.
