Agribank: Announcement of labor recruitment phase 1 in 2025

I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS OF CANDIDATES

1. Regarding training level: Requires university graduation, full-time program (excluding candidates who graduated from university transfer program), major suitable for the recruiting position (finance and banking, auditing, economics , business administration,...).

2. Regarding foreign language and computer skills: Candidates must complete foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank 's regulations if recruited.

3. Regarding personal history: Have a clear personal history confirmed by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission; not being under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being reformed without detention, being placed under probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical facility or reformatory facility.

4. Age: Not over 35 years old, in some cases where it is necessary to attract good workers, not over 40 years old.

5. Regarding height and health status: Males must be 1.60m or taller, females must be 1.55m or taller. Must be healthy enough to undertake the job, with a health certificate issued by a health authority within 12 months from the date of application. After being selected, candidates must undergo a health check as required by Agribank.

II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:

1. Application form with 3x4 photo attached (download from Website) clearly stating the job wishes, commitment to comply with Agribank's labor and labor management regulations if recruited. Candidates can register 2 wishes:

+ Wish 1: Candidates choose 1 working location according to personal wishes (headquarters/type II branch) with the above recruitment quota.

+ Option 2: Work location assigned by the recruitment board. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. CV certified by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission.

3. Notarized copies of diplomas, transcripts (diploma appendix), certificates as required by the position applied for.

4. Notarized copy of identity card, citizen identification card.

5. Health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission.

6. For candidates who do not have to take the professional exam but have 3 years or more of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG,...), large banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV,...) must submit documents proving their work history.

7. Other documents (if any).

Note:

- Candidates must register the exact recruitment position and work location to submit their application.

- Not accepted: applications submitted by proxy, applications submitted past the deadline, applications of candidates who violated the exam regulations in previous years.

- Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy and honesty of their application documents. In case Agribank discovers that the application documents are inaccurate or dishonest, the candidate's application results will be canceled.

III. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING DOCUMENTS:

1. Candidates submit their application directly at the General Department of Agribank, Kien Giang Branch II. Address: No. 784, Minh An Quarter, Chau Thanh Commune, An Giang Province.

2. Time for receiving documents: From July 28, 2025 to August 4, 2025, morning from 7:30 to 11:00, afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

IV. RECRUITMENT EXAM:

+ The recruitment exam is conducted through the following rounds: Round 1 (preliminary application screening), round 2 (professional exam on the E-learning system), round 3 (interview exam).

+ For candidates applying for credit positions with 3 years or more of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG, ..), large banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV, ...) or candidates graduating with honors from leading universities in the economic sector (National Economics University; Foreign Trade University; Banking Academy; Academy of Finance; Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics; Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City; RMIT University; University of Economics - Hue University; University of Economics - Danang University; Can Tho University), passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in round 3 without having to participate in round 2 (professional exam on the E-learning system).

- Time and location of the exam: Agribank Kien Giang II Branch will notify eligible candidates to participate in the exam (expected exam time in August 2025).
