On February 13, news from the Ha Nam Provincial Police Department said that 7 department-level police leaders had voluntarily written a resignation letter before reaching retirement age to facilitate the organization's streamlining in the coming time.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Hong Son (born in 1966), Head of the Mobile Police Department, Ha Nam Provincial Police, is one of 7 cases of early retirement.

Among them, 3 are department heads and 4 are deputy department heads, including: Colonel Nguyen Quoc Chien (born in 1966), Head of Economic Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Hong Son (born in 1966), Head of Mobile Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Do Anh Tuan (born in 1967), Head of Party and Political Affairs Department; Lieutenant Colonel La Quoc Khanh (born in 1965), Deputy Head of Internal Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Hong Phuong (born in 1965), Deputy Head of Economic Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quoc Huy (born in 1967), Deputy Head of Economic Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Minh Tien (born in 1968), Deputy Head of Staff Department.
