The FedEx/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge (FedEx/JA ITC) 2025, organized by FedEx, gathered many outstanding young talents from across the country to present their business ideas and global trade strategies. Six students from the top 3 teams were selected to represent Vietnam at the FedEx/JA ITC Asia- Pacific finals held in Singapore in August this year.

FedEx Express, one of the world's largest express delivery companies.

Entering its 13th year, FedEx/JA ITC in Vietnam continues to inspire and equip high school students with essential skills and global business acumen. Delivered in partnership with JA Vietnam, a non-profit organization whose mission is to prepare Vietnamese youth for success in the international economy , the program includes hands-on workshops and collaborative challenges that bring international trade to life through real-world experiences.

This year, contestants were tasked with a topical challenge: design environmentally friendly solutions to reduce fashion waste from product returns, and develop an innovative strategy to enter a selected international market. Their ideas demonstrated critical thinking, creativity and a deep understanding of sustainable business solutions relevant to today’s global context.

Students will join finalists from Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam to exchange ideas and business visions in a dynamic manner. The event will serve as a platform to promote cross-cultural collaboration, teamwork and develop future-ready business leaders.

“Vietnam is home to a generation of dynamic and enterprising entrepreneurs who are ready to thrive on the global stage,” said Ee-Hui Tan, FedEx Operations Director for Vietnam and Cambodia. “Through FedEx/JA ITC, we support Vietnamese youth in developing essential business skills and a global mindset. This program helps unlock their potential, broaden their horizons and empower them to make a meaningful contribution to their country’s future in the global economy.”
