Among the above first aid stations, at Cat Linh station alone, the Vietnam Red Cross Society has arranged 2 first aid teams on the 1st and 2nd floors. Each shift includes 1 doctor, 1-2 Red Cross first aid trainers, 2-3 Red Cross volunteers. The first aid stations operate during peak days of August 27, 29, 30 and September 1 and 2.

The participating forces include trainers, guides, members, and Red Cross volunteers who have been trained in first aid; and officers, doctors, and nurses who are working or have retired but are still healthy. The on-duty teams will directly perform first aid on the spot, and at the same time support and coordinate the transportation of victims to medical facilities when necessary.

This activity not only contributes to ensuring the health and safety of people and tourists participating in events celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, but is also an opportunity to promote and raise public awareness of the role and significance of first aid.
