5 cases without health insurance cards are still paid for medical examination and treatment costs

According to Decree 188/2025/ND-CP, from July 1, 2025, there will be 5 cases where people do not have or have not presented a health insurance card, but the health insurance fund will still pay for medical examination and treatment costs according to regulations.

Clause 2, 3, Article 37 and Clause 1, 2, 3, Article 54 of Decree 188/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance, there are 5 cases where people do not have a health insurance card or have not presented a health insurance card, they are still entitled to payment for medical examination and treatment costs./.
