Rescuers and some tourists promptly rescued the victims, brought them to shore and performed first aid for the victims.

In particular, tourists are advised not to swim in the sea during bad weather.
According to the advice of Phu Quoc people, from April to the end of October, the West Sea often has big waves and strong winds. Tourists should be careful when swimming at the beaches in this area.
