On the morning of April 14, at the F1 racetrack located in the My Dinh National Sports Complex (My Dinh 1 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi), the Mobile Police Command ( CSCĐ ) of the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the CSCĐ Force's Traditional Day (April 15, 1974 - April 15, 2024) and received the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces for the second time.

The ceremony was chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and General To Lam, Minister of Public Security. Also attending were General Le Hong Anh, former Minister of Public Security; Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh , Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, along with many leaders and former leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and representatives of public security units and localities.
On the side of the Mobile Police Command, there were Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police and leaders of the Command, representatives of the leaders of the Security Police force, Mobile Police through the periods, along with more than 5,000 officers and soldiers representing the Mobile Police force nationwide.
Major General Le Van Ha, Deputy Commander of Mobile Police, led the parade.
At the celebration, more than 5,000 CSCĐ officers and soldiers representing the entire force participated in the parade, marching, martial arts, qigong performances... and many performances showing off the force's strength.
In addition, the Mobile Police Command also mobilized more than 100 modern vehicles such as armored vehicles, anti-terrorist vehicles... to participate in the parade.
The CSCĐ force is an elite force of the Ministry of Public Security, always ready to participate in difficult missions.
After 50 years of building, fighting and developing with many changes in model, organization, name and code, the CSCĐ force has always actively trained and promoted the tradition of a heroic unit.
With its achievements, the CSCĐ force has been awarded many noble prizes by the Party and State.
