Households accumulating land mainly produce large-scale commercial rice and grow winter vegetables, fruit trees...

In land accumulation models, farmers apply scientific and technical advances and apply synchronous mechanization to production, thereby reducing input costs, care, preservation and disease prevention by 10 to 20%, increasing productivity by 10 to 20% compared to small-scale households. Production areas after accumulation have an average revenue of 110 to 200 million VND/ha/year, with economic efficiency 20-30% higher than before accumulation.
