Decision 1428 signed on June 17 by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training assigned the second round of 10th grade enrollment targets for the 2025-2026 school year to 26 private high schools with a total of 180 classes and 7,775 students.
This list includes many large private schools that were not named in the April quota allocation round such as Ngoi Sao Hoang Mai, Dewey, Alfred Nobel, Hoang Long, Japan International...

Previously, on April 16, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training announced a list of 77 private high schools assigned to enroll 10th graders for the next school year. The total number of quotas granted in this first round is 27,919. Thus, including both rounds, Hanoi has 35,694 private quotas.

Along with 79,740 public targets, the total target for grade 10 high school in the city for the 2025-2026 school year is 115,434. Meanwhile, the number of junior high school graduates in the 2024-2025 school year is about 127,000.
In addition, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training also granted 349 grade 10 quotas to 4 international schools, and more than 6,100 quotas for continuingeducation programs at high school level to 14 vocational schools in the city.
