Specifically, at noon on June 25, a vehicle carrying the Quang Nam youth football team was traveling on Vi O Lac Pass in Kon Plong District (Kon Tum Province) when it suddenly had an accident, killing one player and injuring five players and one fan.

Initial information said that the deceased player was VMH and the two seriously injured players were LQH and NPH.

It is known that the car waiting for the players had an accident while on the way back from the first leg of the 2023 National Second Division at Kon Tum Provincial Stadium.
