Accordingly, the memorial area for revolutionary predecessors will be newly built. Specifically, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agreed with the proposal of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to adjust the Tan Trao Museum Exhibition House from renovation and upgrading to new construction due to the degraded and unsafe construction. The Ministry also agreed to the policy of building a new memorial area for revolutionary predecessors separate from the museum exhibition house to meet the functional use. The Tan Trao special national relic site is where President Ho Chi Minh and the central agencies lived and worked during the pre-uprising period and the resistance war against France. The relic site includes 18 typical relics and relic clusters such as: Na Lua relic cluster, Tan Trao banyan tree relic, Tan Trao communal house, Pham Hong Thai communal house, Central Agricultural Mobilization Committee relic, Vietnam News Agency relic, Ministry of Interior relic, Ministry of Justice relic, etc.
Tan Trao relic site became a special national relic since 2012.
