At the conference, many opinions from businesses and cooperatives focused on problems with tax procedures, invoices, infrastructure, loans and labor training.

Mr. Tran Van Hien, representative of Phu Tuc Industrial Cluster, said that production facilities using agricultural materials such as sedge, water hyacinth, and forest vines have difficulty creating input invoices, and requested that tax authorities provide flexible guidance suitable to the specific situation.

Ms. Dang Kim Theu, owner of An Phu rattan and bamboo weaving facility; Mr. Tran Van Rong, Director of Phu Thang Rattan and Bamboo Company... reflected on the difficulties in confirming the source of raw materials, transporting goods by three-wheeled vehicles and homemade vehicles. The opinions suggested that local authorities be flexible in confirming, avoiding cumbersome procedures, and at the same time, soon have solutions for small means of transport suitable for suburban realities.

In the environmental field, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tien, Director of Nam Thang Long Company, a waste collection unit, suggested that the commune strengthen inspection and propaganda of waste classification at source to avoid illegal dumping of waste in craft villages.

Meanwhile, Director of Tri Phu Aquaculture Cooperative Vu Dinh Trong raised difficulties in electricity infrastructure serving 60 hectares of aquaculture.

In response to these recommendations, the tax authority said it would study and provide specific guidance on the creation of invoices and lists for locally-used materials; the commune police informed about the recall of homemade 3-4 wheel vehicles to ensure safety, while encouraging people to switch to suitable vehicles. Representatives of banks affirmed that they are ready to meet the demand for loans for production and business with abundant capital and convenient procedures.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Phuong Duc Commune People's Committee Nguyen Trong Vinh emphasized that the local government always accompanies and stands side by side with enterprises, cooperatives, and business households. Any difficulties and problems will be listened to and resolved promptly to create the most favorable environment for development.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Vinh affirmed that the commune will continue to focus on administrative reform, not allowing the emergence of "sub-licenses"; focusing on planning, infrastructure, training high-quality human resources, ensuring the sustainable development of traditional craft villages.

According to the Party Secretary of Phuong Duc commune, Le Van Binh, sustainable development of the locality requires the entire political system to participate, shifting from the mindset of "management and supervision" to the mindset of "service and companionship".

Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuong Duc Commune, Le Van Binh, emphasized that there is no longer room for closed-mindedness and monopoly, but instead there should be a spirit of openness, transparency, and proactive support for people and businesses to develop.

Secretary of the Phuong Duc Commune Party Committee Le Van Binh pointed out that the inevitable direction for craft village enterprises is to gradually relocate and concentrate production in industrial parks and clusters. Here, the establishments will enjoy synchronous infrastructure and professional production space, thereby improving productivity, product quality and meeting strict standards on environment, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, etc.

Phuong Duc Commune Party Secretary Le Van Binh affirmed that in the context of fierce competition, only enterprises and production facilities that dare to change and follow the path of formality and transparency can stand firm. The local government continues to accompany and remove difficulties, but the final success depends on the determination, courage and serious business spirit of each unit and each individual.
