Focus on site clearance, ensuring project progress

BAC NINH - On the afternoon of August 22, Comrade Pham Van Thinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, together with leaders of departments and branches, held a meeting to resolve difficulties for projects invested by units under the Bac Ninh Provincial Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 1. The conference was held online with the following localities: Nenh, Van Ha, Tan Tien, Da Mai, Yen Dung.

At the conference, delegates reviewed 10 projects, including 5 projects invested by the Bac Giang Construction Investment Project Management Board: Renovation and expansion of the intersection between Provincial Road 293 and the access road to Dong Son Bridge; the Southwest main road (connecting from A Lu Bridge to the end of Tan My commune in the past); Nham Bien flood drainage canal (formerly Yen Dung district); green belt of water surface in area C, southern urban area (Bac Giang ward); construction of DH.5B road (section from Neo town to Nham Son - Yen Lu industrial cluster, former Yen Dung district).

5 projects invested by Viet Yen Construction Investment Project Management Board: Site clearance for infrastructure investment in residential areas auctioning land use rights (construction item of residential area in Bay village, Tang Tien commune, Viet Yen district previously); construction of a road connecting National Highway 17 with Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway through Yen Lu Industrial Park and Van Trung Industrial Park, Viet Yen district previously; investment in construction of a road connecting Ring Road 4 with Ha Bac 1 bridge, Viet Yen district previously; construction of infrastructure for the central square of Nenh town, Viet Yen district previously; investment in construction of an overpass on National Highway 1, connecting Ring Road 4 with the road in Quang Chau Industrial Park and expanding the feeder road of National Highway 1, Bac Giang province previously.

In particular, the main difficulties and obstacles of the projects are related to site clearance; expanding people's cemeteries to move graves...

Based on the opinions of the delegates, for the 5 projects invested by the Bac Giang Construction Investment Project Management Board, comrade Pham Van Thinh requested the organizing unit to have the provincial leaders conduct field surveys and dialogue with households at a number of projects, develop a plan to adjust the green tree and water surface project in Area C, the Southern urban area (Bac Giang ward) to soon organize bidding; Bac Giang and Tan Tien wards coordinate with units to soon approve the compensation and site clearance plan and focus on propaganda and mobilization of the people to agree, hand over the site for the projects, and proactively expand the people's cemetery to serve the work of moving graves to serve the site clearance work; the Department of Finance arranges funds for site clearance so that the investor can soon pay the people.

Regarding the projects invested by the Viet Yen Construction Investment Project Management Board, Comrade Pham Van Thinh requested Nenh Ward and related units to actively carry out site clearance work. Continue to propagate and mobilize people to agree; in cases where enforcement is required, it is necessary to strictly and fully follow the necessary processes and procedures. Strive in September to mobilize people to move to new places of residence to dismantle the works, meeting the progress of the project to build the road connecting National Highway 17 with the Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway through Yen Lu Industrial Park and Van Trung Industrial Park (formerly Viet Yen district). Assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with the Department of Construction and related units to review and propose plans to implement investment items to build the road connecting Ring Road 4 with Ha Bac 1 Bridge.
