Hiep Cuong Commune: 90% of people of working age have regular jobs.

Currently, in Hiep Cuong commune, there are hundreds of enterprises, small-scale industrial production facilities, and service businesses. Of these, 4 enterprises produce construction materials, 4 garment factories process export goods, 1 toilet paper production facility, 1 rattan and bamboo production group for export... creating regular jobs for nearly 3,800 workers with an income of 8-10 million VND/person/month. In addition, the commune has nearly 1,000 people working abroad for a limited period. It is estimated that the proportion of people of working age in the commune with regular jobs is about 90%.

The local government has reviewed and evaluated the operations of businesses, production facilities and human resources; coordinated with agencies and functional units to support businesses in accessing capital and market information; and provided training to improve workers' skills. Hiep Cuong commune strives to have 35% of people of working age who have received vocational training and have certificates by 2030; creating new jobs for 1,500 local workers.
