According to Ms. Nga, BRG Group and its subsidiary, Vietnam Oil and Gas Tourism Joint Stock Company (OSC Vietnam), are implementing many projects in Ba Ria-Vung Tau. At the meeting, BRG Group representatives made a number of recommendations on the project of Office Building Service Complex, high-end tourist apartments for rent and 5-star hotel (Hilton and OSC Duxton Property Development) at 40 Quang Trung, Vung Tau City related to changing the form of land rental payment, approving local adjustments to the 1/500 planning and the investment registration certificate after adjustment...
Along with that, BRG Group also proposed some contents, implementing some low-rise commercial housing projects, high-rise apartments in Vung Tau City such as Lam Son area, Ward 1; 124-126 Le Loi, Ward 4; 100 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh; 4-6 Thuy Van, Thang Tam Ward and thematic park at 262 Le Loi.
“Vung Tau City has advantages that few other places in Vietnam have. That is the weather with nearly 360 sunny days a year. Therefore, with this strength, we hope to build a world- class golf course in Vung Tau City to become a unique local tourism product,” Ms. Nga emphasized.

Regarding the recommendations and investment proposals of BRG Group, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiasm, potential and long-term investment commitment of local enterprises.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the Ba Ria-Vung Tau provincial government always welcomes and creates the most favorable conditions for strategic, reputable and capable investors, especially projects that are consistent with the development orientation of urban infrastructure and high-quality tourism of the locality.
The province commits to accompany and provide maximum support within the legal framework, coordinating with relevant departments and branches to quickly resolve difficulties and obstacles regarding investment procedures, land, planning and legal issues that businesses are facing.
